By creating an account or using DRIVNBids you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including dealerships and vendors.
DRIVNBids is a B2B marketplace connecting automotive dealerships with recon service vendors in New Jersey. DRIVNBids acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to service agreements between Dealers and Vendors.
DRIVNBids is free for Dealers. Vendors pay a 10% platform commission on each awarded job. A 10% service fee is added to the Vendor bid before presenting to the Dealer. All fees are disclosed at bid submission.
All payments are processed through the Platform. Dealers agree to pay within their selected payment terms (14 or 30 days after job completion and approval). Vendor payment is released after Dealer approval.
All scheduling, coordination, and communication must occur through the Platform. Dealers and Vendors agree not to conduct business outside the Platform for jobs originated on DRIVNBids. Violation may result in account termination.
Dealer addresses are only revealed to the winning Vendor upon job award and confirmed scheduling. Vendors agree to use this information solely for performing the contracted service.
Either party may flag a job as disputed within 48 hours of completion. DRIVNBids will mediate and make a final determination regarding payment. DRIVNBids decision is final.
DRIVNBids is not liable for the quality of work performed, Dealer non-payment, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees collected on the disputed transaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

We collect business name, email, phone, and address when you create an account. For Vendors we also collect service area preferences. We collect job details, bid amounts, and transaction data when you use the Platform.
We use your information to operate the Platform, coordinate scheduling, process payments, send job alerts, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Dealer addresses are protected and only shared with the winning Vendor for the specific awarded job. Vendors may not share or retain Dealer addresses beyond the performance of the job.
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS notifications related to jobs, bids, scheduling, and payments.
We use encrypted connections and secure database storage through Supabase. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Payment is due within your selected payment term (14 or 30 days) after you approve job completion in your dashboard. You are invoiced for the exact bid amount you approved. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You receive your payout within 2 business days of Dealer approval. Your payout is your submitted bid minus the 10% platform commission. Example: bid 00, receive 50. Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe bank account.
DRIVNBids earns a service fee built into every transaction. Dealers see a price inclusive of the service fee. Vendors receive their bid minus the 10% commission. Both parties see exact amounts before confirming.
If a Dealer disputes completion, payment is held until DRIVNBids mediates. We will contact both parties within 24 hours of a dispute being filed.

To participate as a Vendor you must be a legally operating business with appropriate liability insurance and the skills to perform your services. DRIVNBids reserves the right to verify credentials.
Submitting a bid is a binding offer to perform the described work for your bid amount. If selected you are obligated to perform on the confirmed schedule. Your payout is your bid minus the 10% commission.
You agree to perform all work professionally, on time, and to the standard described in the job posting. Communicate any issues immediately through the Platform.
Dealer addresses are confidential. You may not solicit Dealers outside the Platform for jobs that originated on DRIVNBids. Violation results in immediate termination and may result in legal action.
You are responsible for all taxes on Platform income. DRIVNBids will issue 1099-K forms for Vendors receiving 00 or more annually. Accurate W-9 information is required upon first job completion.
You must maintain appropriate general liability insurance. DRIVNBids is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from your work at a Dealer location.
